How Can We Make Your AAA Experience Better?

  • My best experiences are when the person I speak with about the project and the person running the job are there the day the crew arrives for work. This completes the communication cycle on the job. Every one is on the same page, and we don't need to go over the job description again.
  • During paint projects when the carpeting has already been completed (Normally it isn't, but it happened to be installed already at this Arl Hts job), please take care of not tracking paint on new carpeting. I had to go there after hours with a carpet cleaning vendor to clean paint out of new carpeting. (Foot prints leading from a newly painted office to another office).
  • Just keep up what you are doing.
  • Everything is good except the competition is cutting their prices really low.

  • Keep hammering away at the QC folks to stay on top of the day to day stuff.
  • Make sure the crews have a better understanding on paint splatters on roofs, decks, etc.

  • AAA contacting us when they are expecting payment. Most associations pay twice a month and there just isn't anyway to work around that issue.

What Can We Do to Make Your Job Easier?

  • Faster Appointments with homeowners.
  • Offer a touch up service to help freshen up the existing paint job where required.
  • Nothing.
  • Would it be possible to schedule paint projects using Microsoft Outlook Calendar once a final schedule has been agreed upon? That would help by placing it directly onto my calendar.  
  • Pay me to stay home? No just kidding again you make my job easier by doing things right and looking so professional to the homeowners.
  • Stay competitive with your bids.
  • Send copies of proposal for each board member.
  • I am very pleased.
  • How about generating a daily or weekly status report for work in progress that can't be sent via email to the management company or the board of directors, depending on the property.
