Royal Melbourne Country Club
Royal Melbourne Country Club is a privately held organization associated with KemperSports.  When Royal Melbourne Country Club first contacted AAA they were in need of extensive help.  Two years prior, the previous club manager had used another contractor who covered partially repaired, rotted wood with inferior coatings.  The paint began chipping and rotten wood became exposed, causing further decay.

AAA replaced the rotted wood and primed the cedar on all six sides (including cut edges) using long oil primer.  Then a granular, polyurethane-based caulk was applied to seal and protect the surfaces.  The caulk had a 50% elasticity rating, which helps with expansion cycles in extreme temperature swings.  Wood that wasn't replaced was powerwashed with tri-sodium phosphate which is safe for plants, vegetation and animals.  Finally, a premium coating was applied to all surfaces.

AAA was able to repair the damage of the previous contractor and restore Royal Melbourne Country Club to its original beauty.  By taking the appropriate steps in the repair and coating process, AAA ensures Royal Melbourne members will be able to enjoy their country club for years to come.
