When you call AAA, you will hear a friendly voice…not a computerized menu of prompts. By speaking to a live person in Customer Care you are assured that your needs are heard and addressed. For property managers, in addition to listening to your needs, AAA Customer Care will also listen to the needs of those around you. If a homeowner has a concern with the scheduling or work being performed on site, they can call AAA Customer Care directly. This makes the property manager’s job easier since we deal with homeowner issues directly.

Once you’ve decided to update your facility or property, AAA Customer Care will work with you to schedule your job at a time that works for you. Sometimes this means rushing to fit it in on weekends. Other times, you may not have availability for a few months. Whatever your logistics, AAA Customer Care will communicate with you throughout the project to make sure everything is completed within your time constraints.
